Try a sample entry

Start with one piece. For a sitting plush, record where it came from and give it a location you can find again, such as Shelf A, left side. Under condition, write what you see, such as a loose thread near the left ear. Add a photo reference like PL-003 so you can compare that spot later.

Use the notes for a memory or a next step. If the plush moves into storage, update its location while keeping its original date and source.
