Index a group across formats

Use separate rows for a Pikachu plush, a Pikachu card, and a Pikachu pin. In the Form column, record a distinct version or pose when it helps you tell pieces apart. In Format, use plush, card, or pin so you can find different types at a glance.

Write a location that matches your labels, such as Blue binder, page 4, or Pin board B, row 2. For a photo reference, use the file name or the same short code as your collection journal.
