Grouping Small Collectibles
Compare two small enamel pin displays, one with related characters and one with different poses of a single character.
Related characters
Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle bring green, orange, and blue to the same row. Leave a clear gap between pins so the bulb, flame, and shell read as separate shapes.
One character in different poses
These three Pikachu pins share yellow and red. The arms and tails point in different directions, so a loose triangle gives each pose room to show its outline.
What to look for
Try arranging a group on paper before fastening it to a board. Put the pieces close enough to read as a group and leave space around tails and other projecting details.
